Canerock Egg Nog
Ingredients
- 1 part Canerock (40ml / 1.5oz)
- 1 large eggs*, separated
- 20 ml sugar
- A pinch of Kosher salt
- 60 ml Whole milk
- 40ml heavy cream
- Whole nutmeg and cinnamon stick for garnish
Recipe
Whisk egg yolks, sugar, and salt until smooth. Add milk, cream, and rum, then chill for at least 2 hours. Just before serving, whip egg whites until fluffy and gently fold in. Finish with a dusting of nutmeg and cinnamon, sip, and enjoy!
